Frequently asked

I lost my progress. Can I get it back?

Progress is saved only on your device. Deleting the app, or using Settings → Reset Save, erases it permanently — we have no server and no backup copy, so we cannot restore it. Reinstalling from a device backup (iCloud or a computer backup) is the only way to bring it back.

Levels are locked. How do I unlock the next one?

Clear a level to unlock the one after it. There is no way to skip ahead — but once you have cleared a level, you can replay it any time to collect more stars.

My score is not showing on the leaderboard.

The leaderboard needs Game Center. Check Settings → Game Center on your device and make sure you are signed in. Scores can also take a few minutes to appear after a run ends.

Why are there ads? Can I remove them?

PULSE BLAST is free, and ads are how it stays free. Only optional rewarded video is used — you never have to watch one. If you die, you can watch a short video to revive, or simply start over. There are no forced or mid-game ads.

To limit ad personalisation, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off tracking for PULSE BLAST. Ads will still appear, but they will be less relevant.

No ad appeared when I wanted to revive.

Ad availability depends on your region, your connection, and how much inventory the ad network has at that moment. When no ad is available the game simply moves on to the results screen — you are never left waiting.

The game feels too fast or too slow. Can I change it?

Not directly — but Settings → Reduce Motion turns off screen shake and particles if the effects are bothering you. Difficulty is tuned for touch screens, so it is worth giving it a few runs before deciding.

Something crashed, or the audio is stuck.

Try fully closing the app (swipe up from the bottom and flick it away) and reopening it. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model and iOS version — that is enough for us to investigate.
